Worked example · OPSEC-clean
From the first fileto a board.
The August mission did not change. The walk did. Below is that change, then one sitting that does not stop at a prediction. Talk, rules, the turn, then the ship: a file and a board. No real person, place, or contact is in it.
What did not move
- Framework only — replace every part
- Five rooms, seven layers
- Someone else can continue
- Public file, no private names
- Human decision
- Fail fast, fix first
August file → this walk
Mission
August file
Structure Grok in its entirety. A public framework. Not a finished personality.
This walk
The same sentence. This release is the walk we use. It is not a second mission.
Honesty
August file
Supported, Unproven, and Disputed.
This walk
We have a record. Not proven. People disagree. A human decides.
Plans
August file
Plus against Heavy, written as a feature table.
This walk
Lite, SuperGrok, Plus, and Heavy, from the live plans page. Prices were not on that page. Third-party prices disagree.
Skills and agents
August file
Skills were prompts you paste. Agents were roles with a slot count we did not actually know.
This walk
A skill is a task. An agent is a persona. Skills can be a product now, and yours still win. Slot counts stay not proven.
Memory
August file
One store. Curate it. Never paste it into a shared file.
This walk
Two stores. Chat memory, and Build memory. Still never paste either.
A sitting
August file
Ship the crude version, name the failure, fix first, leave a file.
This walk
That loop still sits under Correct. The sitting is Ground, Verify, Correct, Predict. One job. Talk stays talk until it needs a write, a route, a score, or a ship.
Build
August file
Not a mode in the August file. The guide taught instructions.
This walk
Build is how a ship leaves the conversation. You do not enter it while the job is still talk.
Heavy
August file
A prompt that tells agents to spawn and argue.
This walk
Only if the live plan includes a larger team. No invented headcount. A human merges.
The sitting
A shelf, started as talk.
Demo script. Not a transcript, not a customer, not a memory dump. The keeper is a role. The guide is the framework speaking in the open. Replace both.
- Still a conversation
Keeper
People keep asking who has a ladder. I do not want an app. I want to think it through.
Guide
This sitting is talk. One job: decide whether a shared shelf is even a good idea. I will not build.
- Ground
- The only record is this ask. No product exists yet.
- Verify
- We do not have a record that anyone asked for a page.
- Correct
- Do not open Build. Do not name a stack.
- Predict
- If the keeper says ship, the next sitting is one public board and nothing else.
